bdsm.asia respects intellectual property rights. As an aggregator we host no media ourselves — all content is embedded from third-party platforms. We will, however, promptly disable any embedded link on this site in response to a valid notice, and we encourage you to also contact the hosting platform to have the source removed.

How to file a notice

Use the form below, or send a written notice to dmca@bdsm.asia including:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) on bdsm.asia where the embedded material appears.
Your contact information (name, email, address).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

These are the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). The form collects each of them; a notice missing a required element cannot be processed and will be returned for completion.

Our response

Every notice is logged with a reference number and reviewed within 48 hours, weekends included. Valid notices are actioned by removing the offending embed from our pages and adding the source ID to a block list so it cannot reappear through automated imports. Because we do not host the underlying file, full removal also requires the source platform to take the media down; we will point you to the relevant host.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Do not file a notice unless you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.

Counter-notice

If material was disabled in error or through misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@bdsm.asia. It must identify the material and its former location, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and give your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court.

Non-copyright removals

Select "Personal content removal" in the form if you appear in embedded content and did not consent to its publication, or "Prohibited content report" for any material you believe depicts a minor or is otherwise non-consensual. Those reports are treated as urgent and the embed is disabled while we investigate. See also our 2257 statement.
